Who’s Who in Construction at UNCW
The HUB Office serves as an advocate for minority and women owned businesses in their effort to participate in UNCW construction projects. The HUB office provides resources, sponsors workshops and training and offers counseling to assist constructions firms in becoming active participants in UNCW contracting opportunities.

The mission of Architectural and Construction Services, (formerly known as Facilities Planning and Design) is to provide planning and project management for capital projects with budgets exceeding $500,000 through the design phases, inclusive of bidding and award of construction contracts. Our goal is to ensure that proposed architectural and engineering projects are planned and designed to seamlessly blend with and enhance the natural and built environments of the campus while meeting the programmatic needs of the users.

The Project Management Department supports the university's mission by providing effective and efficient service in the design and implementation of facility construction renovation and improvement projects under $500,000. Additionally, the department provides drafting support within the Office of Facilities and manages and preserves the facility record archives of the university and the space data system. Our goal is to ensure timely accomplishment of small projects and to preserve facility history.
