About Us

The Cape Fear Business Alliance (formerly known as the Inclusion Coalition Board) is a non-profit entity made up of executives and buyers of various organizations in the Lower Cape Fear Region. Championed by Congressman Mike McIntyre, the Cape Fear Business Alliance acts as a stimulus for improving small and diverse business enterprise participation in the regional economic climate in areas of construction and vendor services through business inclusion strategies.  The Cape Fear Business Alliance has the support and dedication of the key management of this regions largest users of services and purchases and is committed to the growth and development of opportunities to small and diverse businesses.

Since its creation in 2004, the Cape Fear Business Alliance has held four networking and educational summits and helped sponsor many other community events. In 2008, the Cape Fear Business Alliance joined forces with the Greater Diversity News to create an online directory of small and diverse businesses in Southeastern North Carolina that would be available for all organizations to search for suppliers and contractors.

The mission statement of the Cape Fear Business Alliance is to engage more local buyers in the process of identifying, promoting and facilitating business opportunities for small and diverse businesses.  Working together we can create success for small and diverse business.
